Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising;

and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

To all potential clients

As a Realtor, my main goal is to do the best I can in taking care of my client in all areas of home buying or selling. In regard to my clients, it is my hope to assist them in their real estate transaction to make it as pleasant and stress-free as I possibly can. I will help in areas from obtaining financial advice/approval from a reputable lender to educating them on the current market sales and activity so that they may make the best decisions at all times. I love people and I love real estate, so it makes it very easy to be passionate about my career. I love what I do and I hope it shows in my work performance.

As a lifelong resident of Southwest Missouri, I feel that I know the area well enough to be a help with many of your questions or concerns. What I don't know, I will do my very best to find out as quickly as possible. It is very important that my client has no doubt or hesitation when they make the decision to move forward in the purchase or the sale of their property.

I feel that relationship is key in this industry. There needs to be a certain level of trust between the client and their agent. I want to know that my client has full confidence in my ablility to provide for them the best service possible. Each individual and situation is different and each has a different set of needs, I will do all that I can to see that those needs are met. Keeping good lines of communication open at all times is a necessity. I will be readily available to my clients by phone, email, and in person as much as possilbe.
